If you’re traveling to Tucson, Arizona, for business or pleasure, the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Airport is a convenient spot to park yourself during your visit. Recently renovated and looking the part, this Holiday Inn Express is near the Tucson International Airport (TUS) and only a short drive away from various Tucson landmarks. Combine value, that fresh-as-new feel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and you have a great place to spend some time.
Public Spaces. Let’s just say – the paint is fresh, figuratively speaking, of course. The colors are bright, the furnishings are new, and this long-standing property has truly been reborn. The front lobby includes the check-in desk, small business center, and an area where everyone can enjoy the free breakfast each morning. If you want to take a dip in the pool or get in some exercise, you can do that, too, during your stay. There are even laundry facilities available for those with an extended stay in the area.

Guest Rooms. We explored four different guest rooms and suites – three with king beds and one with a standard double bed. The first word that comes to mind about these rooms is: spacious! Expect all the standard goodies in a decent hotel room: a refrigerator, microwave oven, USB charging ports, large TV, and a desk. Some rooms even have a sofa along with the king bed for groups needing a bit more sleeping space during their stay.
Also, the accent lighting around the bathroom mirrors is rather stylish. The shower is separate from the bathroom sink area, which is a wise design choice and prevents guests from feeling cramped while preparing in the morning for the day’s adventures.

Everything Else. The people are what makes this property special. If you’ve never been to Tucson, then you can look forward to some good ole’ fashioned hospitality. Everyone on-site was very friendly and helpful during our visit, which is pretty much the standard when you meet people from Tucson. If you need something or have a problem, they will help you right away!
The exterior of the hotel also looks fresh and new. It’s located at 2548 E. Medina Road in Tucson. There is plenty of parking available but, if you’re coming from the airport, you can also use the convenient shuttle to go to-and-from the airport.
In summary, the Holiday Inn Express Tucson Airport is looking forward to your visit so you can enjoy the renovated hotel and everything that Tucson has to offer. It’s economical, conveniently located, and yet another quality hotel in the greater Tucson Metro Region.
