Sometimes the best things to see and do are right at home. Even though we’re lovers of the seas and oceans of the world, we also appreciate all that our planet has to offer — the sky, the land, and everything in our world.
We had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy an early morning hot air balloon ride in Tucson. Taking off from west Tucson and flying northwest to Marana, we enjoyed marvelous views of the sunrise, the desert, and the surrounding mountains. To the east, we saw the sun rise over the Catalina and Rincon Mountains. As we moved northwest, we passed to the north of Wasson Peak and Saguaro National Park. From the life and land below to the sky above, a balloon ride is as smooth as silk and loads of fun. Give it a try, you’ll like it!
